These savings in 2024 are as big as Big Tex! Whether you choose to enjoy the Fair one day or all 24 days, one thing is for sure: saving money for your ticket sounds like a good deal! With this special discount, you have the opportunity to save $24 on either a Season Pass Combo or a Premium Ticket 4-Pack! Both options come with $50 in food and ride coupons, so be ready to enjoy food, fun, and rides as soon as you get to the Fair.  Another option is to save $12 on either one Season Pass or a Premium Ticket 2-Pack. 4-Coupon tuesdays

Discounts extend to the Midway for 4-COUPON TUESDAYS. Most rides on the Midway are discounted to just four coupons, with Kiddie rides discounted to three coupons ALL DAY TUESDAY! The only rides this offer does not apply to are the Thrillway and the Texas Star Ferris Wheel.

Thrifty Thursdays

Every Thursday of the Fair, feel free to go Hog Wild at the food stands, as guests can save while snacking all day! Participating food vendors will offer one of their their signature items at a reduced price on Thrifty Thursdays.

Thursdays are also Senior Days

Bring mom, dad, gramma and gramps! Every Thursday, senior citizens 60 and older can get into the Fair for just $5!

Dr. Pepper Value Days

Combine those Tuesday/Thursday offers with this one for maximum weekday savings! Every Tuesday and Thursday of the Fair, purchase your admission ticket online for a reduced price of ONLY $10 on Dr. Pepper Value Days. Opening Day Deal

Bring two jars of peanut butter to donate to the North Texas Food Bank for a special Opening Day promotional price of $10 admission at the gate. This discount is only available at the gate — not online.

feed the need wednesdays

Fairgoers will receive admission for only $5 by bringing five canned food items to the gate with them on Wednesdays. All canned donations go to the North Texas Food Bank, which helps feed community members throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Last year, more than 280,000 pounds of food were donated through this program — that's 233,333 meals that North Texas Food Bank was able to provide to the community through this program.

Make an Evening of it

On ANY night of the week, all Fairgoers can get in for a reduced general admission after 5 p.m. No matter your age, all guests pay the child price for that day. This offer is available at the gate and online after 5 p.m. every day.

At Participating McDonalds Locations

Discount coupons are available at participating McDonald's locations throughout North Texas on tray liners and inside their meal bags. With this coupon, any Fairgoer can save $5 on admission on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and $7 on admission on weekends.

Veterans Appreciation Discount

Military Appreciation Discounts mean all active military, retired military and veterans can save $5 on admission on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and $7 on admission on weekends when they present valid documentation of military service at the gate or online. Spouses of service men and women with a valid Military Spouse ID and accompanying children under the age of 18 also receive discounted admission. When purchasing your Military or First Responder discounted admission ticket online, you will be prompted to go through ID.Me for validation. If you choose to purchase at the gate, valid documentation of military service must be presented and must include valid Military ID Cards and Military Spouse ID Cards. For information on how to obtain your Military ID Card before your visit to the Fair, contact your military branch or go to www.cac.mil.

First Responders Discount

The State Fair would like to thank our country’s first responders by honoring our various active and retired public law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency services agencies. All first responders can save can save $5 on admission on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and $7 on admission on weekends when they present valid documentation at the gate or online. Spouses of first responders and accompanying children under the age of 18 also receive discounted admission.
