Hit Ascension for top notch coffee and bites during the week and stay a while on the weekends with $15 carafes of mimosas! If you don't think you can handle a carafe (but we totally think you can) then go for a glass that's only $4.50!

Grab the girls and a $30 bottle of bubbly and hit this sun soaked patio this Summer! Or feel like being a little extra? Go all in on their their VIP carafe that includes a bottle of Veuve Cliquot served with orange, cranberry, and peach! With Summer weather approaching, patio season is a MUST and this one is one of our favorites. Sit under the string lights and fans and watch a baseball game on one of their TVs while diving into one of their delicious brunch entrees. We recommend bringing your whole crew to share a mimosa tower that's just $30 for the small and $45 for the large. They also have a $5 add on to make it tropical, and take it from us- it's worth it. And we know this post is all about mimosas, but I that's not your jam they also have shareable cocktail pitchers that include Skittles Sangria, Common Table Punch, Ranch Water and more! Don't worry if you're still feeling a little under th weather from the night before, the shot list includes Pedialyte which is sure to revive you just in time to get back on the horse! There's a patio, plenty of comfy seats and tables to work from and a menu that will keep you satisfied all day long. If you're looking for less work and more play then stop in on Sundays from 11-2pm for $5 mimosas and $7 sangria!

We recommend getting there early to beat the crowds and get your day drinking started first thing. Plus, you'll want to have plenty of time to enjoy people watching on McKinney Ave and another round of pineapple upside down mimosas!
