It is our duty right now to save our local restaurants here in Dallas during this COVID-19 pandemic. I'm hearing about wild lines at big brand fast food places and I'm here to suggest some local Dallas restaurant alternatives that are offering take out, delivery and/or curbside pickup options.
Today I thought I'd tackle coffee. Guilty as charged, I LOVE Starbucks as much as the next person, but now is not the time for Starbucks. Take your coffee addiction (mine is real, my love for cold brew is undying) LOCAL with these recommendations that are a better place to spend your money right now. I've also confirmed that each of these ARE doing either curbside, takeout, delivery or all three!
Here are my favorite places to get coffee in Dallas that are still open during COVID-19.
IF YOU ARE CRAVING STARBUCKS, instead try...
📍West Village + Victory Park
📍East Dallas is open, Oak Cliff is closed. (also doing delivery - the only cold brew I'll drink without needing cream or milk, it is so good)
📍Grand Prairie, plus they have cocktail delivery and you can order via their app HERE.
📍Uptown + University Park. They also deliver, and they're donating 10% of the total sales from delivery orders over the next month to Food Depository + North Texas Food Bank. I've been buying nitro cold brew cans from them to stock my fridge.
📍Six locations plus a full food menu available.
📍Lower Greenville - plus a full food menu available. Order online available HERE.
📍Victory Park. Plus they have delivery if you are in Victory Park!
☕️ Ldu Coffee
📍East Dallas + University Park. Plus food options. Order ahead online HERE.
📍Oak Cliff - one of my favorite cold brews.
📍Bishop Arts, plus they're doing delivery
☕️ Merit Coffee
📍Deep Ellum + Oak Lawn, plus they're doing delivery on Favor
📍Greenville, you can order online HERE and they have food! Plus you can get delivery on Uber Eats.
☕️ La Reunion
📍Bishop Arts. Order online HERE, plus they have meal kits (including brunch) and wine.
