The holiday season has officially kicked off, and we can't WAIT to see all the Christmas decorations, listen to holiday music, and party on New Year's Eve! But, our favorite part of the season is definitely all of the food to round out the festivities! And, ahead of your Thanksgiving celebrations, we've got the ultimate guide to over 20 spots around DFW where you can have the perfect holiday dinner! Happy Thanksgiving!
1. Pecan Lodge

A Thanksgiving BBQ with your family and friends? Sounds like the perfect way to celebrate the holidays the Texas way! Pecan Lodge is offering a fully cooked feast with instructions to reheat during your Thanksgiving festivities! Take home various cuts of meat to choose from, like smoked turkey, ham with apricot-molasses glaze, spice crusted beef tenderloin, and more. Snack on sides, like southern cornbread stuffing, tamales, and macaroni and cheese, before diving into dessert like banana pudding and peach cobbler. But, there are still plenty of Pecan Lodge's other sides and desserts to add to your meal, too! The last day for ordering is on November 18th and the pick-up date is on November 23rd from the Pecan Lodge Catering Facility.
2. Meddlesome Moth
Make the most of your Thanksgiving by attending Meddlesome Moth's Thanksgiving Day brunch on November 24th from 10 AM to 3 PM! Enjoy holiday specials, like the Moth Thanksgiving Plate with roasted turkey breast, cornbread dressing, whipped butternut squash, smoked gouda macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, and a toasted roll for $29 per person. Other menu items and cocktails will also be available during brunch!
3. Sloane's Corner

Sometimes a chill Thanksgiving at home with your partner or best friend is exactly what the soul needs! And, Sloane's Corner is offering a special takeaway meal for $150 for 2 people and $60 for each additional person. The menu includes Parker House Rolls, baby kale salad, cornbread stuffing, Brussels sprouts, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and two entrees with your choice of the petite prime filet, cedar plank salmon, or herb-roasted turkey. Plus, you can enjoy a WHOLE pie at home with choices between bourbon pecan, apple pie, and dulce de leche pumpkin pie.
4. Dolce Riviera
Head to Dolce Riviera for a full Thanksgiving buffet with all the fixin's on November 24th from 10 AM to 3 PM for $75 per adult and $25 per child! Isn't Thanksgiving all about stuffing your face anyways? 😉
5. Village Baking Co.
End your Thanksgiving on a sweet note with some of the awesome treats you can find at Village Baking Co. for the holiday! Dive into holiday pies, sweet breads, rolls, and more as part of your celebrations! Pre-orders can be placed until November 20th for pick-up on November 22nd or 23rd.
6. Urban Crust
A big family means a LOT of food for Thanksgiving! And, Urban Crust has got you covered this Thanksgiving with a family style to-go menu that serves 8 to 10 people for $256 per package. Take home turkey, chestnut polenta stuffing with Jimmy's Italian sausage, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, butternut squash soup, and a choice of dessert to share with your loved ones around the dining table! Orders can be picked up from Urban Crust on November 23rd.
7. Georgie
Can't decide between a take-home dinner or dine-in for Thanksgiving? Georgie has both covered this year! A pre-fixe menu can be enjoyed for $115 per person in the dining room, and the Thanksgiving To-Go option includes a feast for four people for $280. Pile your plate with bread, salad, turkey, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, and a choice of either pumpkin or pecan pie! Pick-up for to-go orders is on November 23rd, so your meal is ready ahead of the holiday!
8. Al Biernat's

Head to both of Al Biernat's locations around the DFW for a Thanksgiving to-go menu to take home for a relaxing holiday! Pick a main dish of turkey, ham, prime rib, filet mignon, or Chateaubriand to go along with family-style sides like rolls, creamed corn, lobster risotto, and more. Plus, you can add on a dessert, including Al’s Famous Coconut Cream Pie or pumpkin pie to share with everyone! Orders must be placed by November 21st.
9. Ellie's Restaurant and Lodge
Thanksgiving has never looked this classy! And, Ellie's Restaurant and Lodge is going all out at the HALL Arts Hotel this year with a special holiday menu by new Ellie’s chef Anthony Hsia. The menu includes fun options, like roasted kuri squash bisque, cold water lobster, game hen duo, flourless chocolate cake, and more. If that's not the most unique Thanksgiving line-up, we don't know what is!
10. Meridian

Make your way to the Meridian in the Village Dallas to pick up your own Thanksgiving To-Go order! The package for four people includes Piri Piri turkey, braised collard greens, Linguica Calabresa stuffing, mashed potatoes, duck confit gravy, sweet potato rolls, and a pumpkin cheesecake tart for $295. 11. Mercat Bistro

If French cuisine is calling your name, Mercat Bistro is the place for your Thanksgiving feast! Over in the Harwood District, you can savor a three-course pre-fixe menu with onion soup gratinee, roasted turkey, herb roasted venison loin, and chocolate crepes for just $65 per person. Make a reservation from 10 AM to 3 PM on Thanksgiving Day, and bring your friends and family along for the experience!
12. Dakota's Steakhouse

Dine on the classier side this Thanksgiving Day with a three-course holiday menu from Dakota's Steakhouse! The meal includes a choice of starter, an entree -- which a pick between filet mignon, turkey, lamb chops, or halibut, and sides like stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and carrots. And, you can enjoy a slice of mini pumpkin pies, spiced apple cake, and more for dessert as part of the dining package for $95 per adult and $48 for kids! Dakota's Steakhouse will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 11 AM to 4 PM for reservations.
13. Monarch
Views of the Dallas skyline and an amazing Italian meal? Yup, we're sold on Monarch's Thanksgiving dinner! Sit at the top of The National from 2 PM to 8 PM on November 24th with sights of the city and a great feast! For $75 per person, you can fill up on meatballs, veal parmesan, and other menu items, including the one-day special of black truffle turkey with brioche stuffing, pumpkin gnocchetti with confit turkey leg, green beans, and cranberry sauce. Of course, you can't have a Thanksgiving meal without dessert, and Monarch is offering a deconstructed pumpkin pie with pumpkin ice cream! 14. Carbone Dallas

Thanksgiving doesn't always have to be traditional! And, Carbone Dallas is a trendy way to spend your holiday in the Design District! Both Carbone Dallas and its sister restaurant Carbone VINO next door will be offering a Thanksgiving menu with signature Italian dishes, along with glazed turkey breast served with cornbread stuffing, squash agrodolce, cranberry mostarda, mashed potatoes, pecan pie, and lemon cheesecake.
15. Knox Bistro

Skip the turkey this year, and make your way to Knox Bistro for French cuisine instead! On Thanksgiving Day, you can dive into three courses with eats like salmon carpaccio, grilled Scottish salmon, pumpkin spice crème brûlée, and pecan pie for only $85 per adult and $40 per child.
16. Toussaint Brasserie
Take a night out on the town in Downtown Dallas from November 23rd through November 27th to celebrate the holiday season! Toussaint Brasserie is hosting a Thanksgiving dine-in special with carrot soup, cranberry Waldorf wedge salad, turkey pot pie, and caramel pecan cheesecake for $49.99 per person, along with the option of an Apple Cider Car cocktail for $14, too!
17. Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse

The drive to the The Colony will definitely be worth it for this special menu at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse! Snack on turkey, creamy potatoes, butternut squash, glazed carrots, stuffing, cranberry apple chutney, apple cobbler, a pecan tart, and more for $85 per adult and $23 per child. Plus, the restaurant is open from 11 AM to 8 PM, so you have lots of time to visit during your holiday festivities!
18. OAK'D Handcrafted BBQ
Got a lot of friends and family to feed this Thanksgiving? OAK'D Handcrafted BBQ is serving up enough food for all your guests during the holiday! There are two packages available with smoked turkey, a choice of two sides (including Brussels sprouts, BBQ sweet potatoes, and more), cranberry relish, turkey gravy, rolls, and a homemade pie for $265. And, the other package includes all of the above, along with a six-pound ham, two more sides, and another dessert for $385.
19. Commons Club
Take a trip this Thanksgiving to the Commons Club at the Virgin Hotels Dallas for a prix-fixe menu, a great atmosphere, and an even better experience! For $95 per person, eats like roasted leek potato croquettes, sweet potato lollipops, fall garden greens, bourbon braised pork belly, roasted turkey roulade, and pumpkin pave are part of the unique menu to kick off the holiday.
20. Truluck's

Add a little surf n' turf into your holiday line-up at Truluck's this year! For $59 per adult and $25 for kids, you can dine on lobster bisque, Caesar salad or Sonoma greens salad, turkey with two family-style sides, and a choice of pumpkin or southern pecan pie. Plus, you can cheers to Thanksgiving Dray with the Holiday Nog for $15 and Turkey Fashioned for $14.50!
21. LAW Restaurant

Start your morning off with a Thanksgiving feast, and give yourself plenty of time for a big nap later in the day! Over at LAW Restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, treat yourself to a feast with crab Benedict, turkey, New York strip, and desserts crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos. Along with hand-dipped waffle creations, spiced apple cider, and hot chocolate, the Holiday Pie Bar with pumpkin, apple streusel, cherry berry, and chocolate banana cream pies is bound to be a hit! Before you head to Friendsgiving, make your way to Spec's for the ultimate combo -- whisky pie and your favorite drinks! Spec's is offering a Whisky Pecan Pie made with Crown Royal that will be the hit of your festivities! Whether you choose to stop by for curbside pick-up or shop in-store, be sure to grab some extra pies to keep at home for your post Thanksgiving leftovers.
