1. john reed fitness

John Reed is without a doubt the most Instagrammable gym in Dallas. It makes going to the gym feel like going to the club. It's an ABSOLUTELY massive gym with nightclub vibes, live DJs and a ton of attitude. They offer a wide range of traditional fitness options, including free weights, functional strength training, machine strength training, cardio and stretching alongside a ton of classes inside their 30,000-square-foot campus by University Park. Never boring and far from basic, John Reed Dallas is a gym you actually want to work out and hang out at.


2. Equinox

With locations in both Highland Park and Plano, Equinox is a luxurious space to sweat. Both feature calming gardens, a saltwater pool, a eucalyptus steam room and separate pilates studio.


3. PAradigM Gyms

Whether you want a gym with 24-hour access, guided classes, an infared sauna, body scanning, personal training or weight training, Paradigm in Lakewood has it all. Once you get started here, you won't want to leave!


4. Recess Fitness CLub

Make Recess Fitness Club at Mockingbird and Greenville Avenue your playground this year — because it's so much fun to work out here! They've got everything you need and nothing you don't — offering a full gym, personal training services and group training classes throughout the week! When you sign up for a one-year membership, you get unlimited access to their classes!


5. cowboys fit

With two Dallas locations as well as locations in Plano and Frisco, Cowboys Fit offers the ultimate workout experience, giving you the opportunity to train like America's Team the Dallas Cowboys do! They also offer get-acquainted pricing, where you can work out for free for 30 days when you sign up!


6. Revfit

RevFit has two Fort Worth locations, and both are just wonderful places to work out. They've got certified personal trainers leading all kinds of different training sessions and a 5-star service staff that is highly trained in customer service. The showers are high-end and are stocked with organic shower products, too! We love the towel service, filtered waters, cold eucalyptus towels for after your workout, as well as their state-of-the-art InBody machine to help you track your progress.

1. sculpthouse

Dallas' Scultphouse is the world's FIRST STUDIO to combine modern pilates and interval cardio. Classes are designed to feel like a personal training session in a group fitness setting, so you feel as if you have your own personal trainer!


2. black swan yoga

Black Swan Yoga is a donation-based, 90-degree heated yoga studio that we are absolutely in love with. They honor all yogic styles, practices and philosophies and believe yoga should be available to EVERYONE, which is why they offer classes by donation (suggested $10-$20). You can pre-register and ensure a spot in class ($10 minimum required) or you can drop into the studio without signing up ahead of time (no minimum donation required).


3. shine hot pilates

Starting at just $49 per month, you can get 90-degree heated pilates workouts on your own schedule at Shine Hot Pilates. They've got six different class formats, including an option to rent out their entire studio for your next event.


4. jungle Dallas

Jungle Dallas, One of the hottest fitness studios in town offers six different class formats: Pilates Sculpt, Cardio and Core, Strength, Yoga, Strength and Sculpt and Meditation + Yin and Sound. They start as early as 6:15 a.m. on weekdays, so we're sure you can find one that fits your busy schedule!


5. the Barre Code

With location in both the Design District and in Plano, classes at The Barre Code are more convenient than ever. Pulse and shake in their signature class that combines small, isometric movements and holds with compound movements in a 50-minute, low impact class. You’ll work your entire body, focusing on your seat (our term for your glutes), thighs, core, and upper body. The constantly changing routines and large variety of props ensure you’ll be challenged in every class. They also offer Bootcamp and Brawl classes!


6. YogaZama

Reserve your mat for a refreshing yoga experience in the heart of Oak Lawn at YogaZama! The name translates to "Balance" in Sanskrit. Their curated team of instructors are dedicated to helping you connect with your mind, body, and spirit through a variety of yoga classes that cater to all levels of experience, and they also offer $5 classes on Fridays!


7. Grit Fitness

With locations in both the Design District and up by SMU, Grit Fitness offers a little bit of everything. At Grit, the instructors pride themselves in offering the largest variety of group fitness classes that cover all three components of physical fitness: Dance Club Cardio, Body Sculpt and Yoga Flow.


8. Cycle bar

Uptown's Cycle Bar offers new riders their first ride free, and then access to about a million different spin class options to get started. They offer six different class formats, and the instructors are equal parts educator, DJ, coach, motivator, and friend — they really help you improve your performance, reach your goals and challenge yourself one ride at a time.


9. Journey Fit

Journey Fit has locations in Dallas and in Richardson, and their High-Intensity Interval Training classes will push you to your best self every time and keep you coming back for more! 10. Class Studios

"Get Your Ass to Class" is the motto at Class Studios in the West Village. They offer two types of workouts, Cycle and Train. Each Cycle45 Class is led by world-class instructors and set to a playlist designed to rejuvenate and strengthen the mind and body. Clip in, get lost in the music, move with the pack and become stronger than you were yesterday. Train45 classes are circuit based workouts aimed to unleash your inner athlete.
