There are so many new places popping over across DFW this summer! We want to make sure you are in the loop on all the new hot spots, restaurants and things to do. We will keep adding to the list as it grows and summer goes on so make sure to check back in for the updates and additions we make over the next month or so! SO HERE IT IS: WHAT'S OPENING SUMMER 2021 IN DFW!
BISOU
This super glam new two story restaurant and night club experience is NOW OPEN in Uptown! @BisouDTX, which took over the old Circo space is now an over-the-top social club.
First you have dinner and cocktails - we’re talking filets, shrimp, scallops, sushi, tar tare… the whole shebang you’d expect from a high-end restaurant! Second - you move to the bar area for DJ beats, a club vibe, martinis, etc. And finally you move upstairs to pop bottles and party, full on club style. Think sparklers, theatrics, bottle service, amazing DJs and dancing. Note the upstairs club is not open just yet, they said probably end of July. But the downstairs is A VIBE. You’ll need reservations, and we’d suggest getting those in ASAP because this is the next Dallas hot spot.

This new Tex Mex spot @EddiesTxMx just opened a few days ago from the same owner as @EBarTexMex! The menu here was super similar to E-Bar. We loved the nachos, and the loaded queso was solid. It was a gigantic portion, more than enough to take home for another night…. And then prob 2-3 more nights after that! Get the cheese enchiladas with chili con carne and ADD fajita steak on top. This was the shining star of the meal for sure, but not on the menu so ask for it specifically!
TULUM POP UP AT LEELA'S WINE BAR

There's a Tulum pop up that just opened where you can sip on Mai Tai's all night long! @leelasWineBar has a seasonal pop up and has transformed into ALL THINGS TULUM! They are serving up beachy drinks and food items during their pop up only open until AUGUST 1st and we heard they have PITCHERS of margaritas. So this is one to check out while you can!
THE EXCHANGE HALL
The new, and much anticipated @theexchangehall, is NOW OPEN in downtown Dallas! You can find 2 full service bars,16 Dining options , Music and Entertainment all in the center of it all @attdiscoverydistrict. And valet is complimentary with validation. Praise be!
ART PARK
The newest addition to Trinity Groves has arrived! Art Park is a mix of Katy Trail Ice House and a Truckyard vibe but a little bit cleaner since there is a turf ground (and it's BRAND new). They have TONS of seating, tvs, booze and food too! This will be THE spot to be this Summer. It's right in front of the Trinity Groves strip by Beto and Sons and Holy Crust, you can't miss it!
LORO
The Austin favorite has made its' way to the Big D! From the creators of Uchi and Franklins BBQ comes the Asian smokehouse, Loro. It's the combination we didn't know we needed. The ribs are to die for but you can only get them Sundays and Mondays after 4pm and they sell out QUICK so go early! The Chicken Karaage was our second favorite and a staple you have to try.
RYE
Seasonal, creative and unique small dishes is what @rye.restaurant is known for. If you take a peek at the menu you'll notice a widespread variety of food and drink options that are unlike any other restaurant! The menu starts light and gets heavier as you move down the list. Order all at once and let the kitchen decide the best timing on every dish to come out! AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! The dreamy decor, fabulous bartenders, and the intimate restaurant feel will get you alllllll amped up to have dinner at this new hotspot. P.S Don't skip the Icelandic hot dogs to start!
URBAN SEAFOOD
If you're big into seafood like we are, then you must hit the brand new @UrbanSeafoodCo in Plano- it will absolutely HIT THE SPOT! Urban Seafood was inspired by TWO spots you may not put together: New England and Italy! They're serving up coastal favorites like a warm lobster roll, wood-grilled fish specials and house-made pasta dishes PLUS they have a FRESH OYSTER BAR with daily offerings sourced from the East Coast and beyond, shucked bar-side! Did we mention they also have an air conditioned patio? We loved sitting on the patio with tons of natural light and views of Plano without dying of this Texas heat! If you want to try a bit of everything then get a tower to share! If not we recommend the warm lobster roll, charred Spanish octopus, ciopinno and baked Alaska for dessert.

@AscensionCoffee in the Design District reopens today with a whole new look! It's BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER. Here's the *tea* on what's new: free valet starting at 9am, more space, fall drinks are now available, 1/2 price bottles of wine Sunday-Thursday after 3pm, a new mural, tons of working spaces AND outlets! Whether you wanna kick it on the patio with a refreshing tropical iced tea or head inside to a comfy couch with a glass of pinot, this newly renovated coffee shop has IT ALL! 🍷
KITTENISH
The instagrammable Nashville boutique has finally made its way to the big D! @kittenish by @jessiejamesdeckeropens their second location ever TOMORROW in @WestVillage_Dallas! We stopped by early to see what all of the hype was about and shop their lounge wear, swimwear, accessories and MORE! The boutique is SUPER cute (we love a neon sign moment) and is a great spot to grab a comfy and stylish set, new pair of earrings, a new bag or get a gift for a friend!
