1. Chadam Hair Lounge & CO2 Spa

We went to this private salon in Hebron and did the Korean CO2 scalp treatment, and our hair felt like silk when we walked out the doors! Chadam is the only spot in DFW to specialize in Korean hair techniques, and it was truly an amazing experience! They work with any and all hair types, and we LOVED that! This treatment works wonders on textured hair. Although the salon does not offer curly hair styling, this experience will leave your curls feeling soft and revived. You're in for a full scalp massage, hair oiling, scalp detoxification, hair steaming, CO2 water massage, a full hair wash, dry and styling, and to top it all off, they also have coffee, cocktails and small bites you can order along the way!

2. The Spa at the Crescent IN UPTOWN

You can’t go wrong staying in Uptown and Hotel Crescent Court & The Spa at the Crescent is a classic if you want the full-on Dallas experience! When it comes to relaxation, the Crescent Spa provides guests with multiple opportunities including a fitness center, cryotherapy, hot tub, sauna, steam room and lounge area for a full day relaxing. One thing we love most about the Crescent Spa is their extensive Gentleman Services, menu, making it a perfect day for both you and your significant other. Men can choose from a scrub, massage, facial, pedicure or manicure.

The standout treatments are the "Mud Peeling and Body Pack" and the "Uptown Slowdown." Go with the “Mud Peeling and Body Pack,” if you are looking for increased circulation and purification with exfoliation, a scalp and face massage. The “Uptown Slowdown” gives you both a 50 minute Swedish Massage AND a Calm & Soothe Facial.

3. THE ADOLPHUS HOTEL

This famous Dallas boutique spa is nestled on Ross Avenue, and we are in love with all the choices they offer! Choose from the standard spa services including massages, facials, mani/pedis, or waxing, but be sure to come with a full stomach because these treatments smell as delicious as they sound!

Try the Sparkling Mimosa Massage, which comes with a blend of antioxidant-rich olive fruit, orange peel, & jojoba oil to nourish the skin, then top it off with an extra shot of relaxation with an exfoliating vodka-infused sugar scrub. How amazing does that sound?!
