Where to Work Out in Fort Worth // Free Fitness Classes April 2021

Group fitness classes in Fort Worth are in such demand, but what if we told you we had the scoop on where you can get FREE outdoor group fitness classes all month long? During the month of April, Waterside Fort Worth, the 63-acre hybrid community and lifestyle center on the scenic Trinity River, is launching a #WorkoutWednesday series for locals to reach their fitness goals while trying something new at the same time.


With a variety of fitness classes offered year round in Waterside, the options are endless! The #WorkoutWednesday series will feature “class previews” from CycleBar, Yoga Six, Club Pilates and F45 so participants can get an idea of different exercise techniques and decide which works best for them. The series is a month long beginning on April 7th, featuring a different class every Wednesday this month in the Grove between REI and Whole Foods.


Getting fit - FO FREE - while having fun, that's how you do it! Oh, and did we mention classes will be followed by an exclusive happy hour featuring half off wine at Tricky Fish?


For the first class, CycleBar offers a low-impact/high-intensity stationary cycling experience for all ages and body types promising to calm your mind, elevate your mood and revive your senses. This will be the only class for the month offered outside, with instructors moving the bikes outdoors so everyone participating can enjoy the beautiful spring weather. The next week, Yoga Six will take over and provide the ultimate mind-body experience. Whether you’re connecting to the rhythm of your breath or working up to the edge of your fitness level in class, there is always something new to discover about yourself with yoga.




Later in the month, participants will get the opportunity to to try out Club Pilates and F45. Club Pilates believes that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. No matter your flexibility or experience level, pilates will put you on a path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. Lastly, wrap up the month with a session by F45. F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.


The combination of high and low intensity workouts allows participants to fully experience all the exercise options in Waterside and build a community of accountability partners at the same time. We can’t wait to get started, how about you?
